Young Minds  YoungMinds exists so that young people have the strongest possible voice in improving their mental health.

www.childrenssociety.org.uk –  No child should have to reach crisis point to get help with their mental health. Find out how the Children’s Society can help children and young people.

www.nhs.uk/livewell/youth-mental-health/pages/Youth-mental-health-help.aspx  – The NHS have lots of helpful pages for young people looking for advice on a range of mental health issues.

www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/articles/5fj8NWvMMwcjLsYmzCzttvS/eating-disorders – The BBC have an excellent range of pages aimed at helping young people cope with, and understand, their mental health.  There’s information about eating disorders, bullying, drink and drugs, as well as health and relationships.
